Shipping

Your order will ship 2-3 business days of order placement from Lithuania.

All standard delivery orders are shipped via DPD . The cost of shipping is based on your location and weight of the package and will be calculated at checkout. When your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with details and tracking information.

Returns

Customers have the right to return the products purchased from our website (newlittlenation.com) within 14 days of receiving the order. Returned items must be in their original condition, and they can not have been used or washed. The items must have all New Little Nation tags & labels attached to each product and be sent back in their original package. We will not accept items as returns that do not fulfill these requirements.

The return costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Once we accept the return at our warehouse, you will receive the refund of the items through the same payment method you used to purchase your order within 10 business days, subtracting the returning costs.

Customs fees for international orders placed outside the European Union are not included.

We don’t do exchanges. If you want another size or item you should return the one purchased and place a new order.
